Do you understand that you are comparing a SanDisk U1 card to a Samsung U3 card ?
U1 card has minimum wright speed of 10MBps where U3 card has minimum wright speed of 30MBps.
Ofcourse SanDisk is going to look slower in writing because it's a U1 card.

S brand Ultra series is not honest about read/write speed on package printing LEXAR is also like Ultra peformance but at least its packaging prints "write 45MB/s".
I never choose S brand Ultra series. It is just very unstable write speed.
I'll still go with SanDisk from my 10 years of experience.

With Samsung Evo Plus U3 64gb/128gb vs any other U3 card 64gb/128gb.
Just try to make sure that there is no extra rating like A1 or A2 or V30 or V60 or any with the other card, just plain U3 card, if there is any other class rating no problem, just 200% make sure that both cards have atleast U3 rating.
