If you have a rooted phone with a custom recovery installed, you can backup your entire phone to 1 file and store it anywhere. Which is a lot more efficient than this method which is for people who can't root or don't want to.
It would more beneficial if you could completely wipe the software from the phone & install a new version like with Apple products (which is one of the things that makes Apple better).
I'm using 100% of my cloud storage too. How do you get more.

There is a somewhat convoluted method to add Samsung Cloud backup (such as shown here) to Verizon phones. It is mentioned in XDA developers for the S8. However when accessing the needed Cloud App which is missing from Verizon phones, there is a newer version than the one listed for the S8. Under the download area look for version 4.
Also, the app name when making the icon needed to access the installed features is Samsung Cloud.
Since I've switched from iPhone to Samsung u've been a HUGE support on everything I need to know on my device, thank u and keep it up buddy !👍

Great video! Thanks as always for fantastic tips! Do you know a way to add the missing Samsung Cloud option within Backup and Restore? I've been reading and wasn't aware until now of Verizon disabling it. Some posts around say they got it back but none say how.
Incredible that in the Backup settings you completely ignored the 3rd very useful option — backup to External Storage (ie, USB drive, desktop PC, etc). SMH.
