basicly, korean phone that support wcdma and lte didn't have any contury lock.. (i don;t know about carrier lock… but all of LTE device didn't have carrier lock, and my iphone 4 that same carrier as that phone didn't have any carrier or contury lock.. so maybe you can use that phone if your carrier have proper wcdma band 2100 mhz)

it is korean, but better than nothing xD
these kind of phones is still popular in japan and south korea. no wonder they still produce it. i myself still using nokia 3310 mostly for call. they have good batteries though.
