I have Samsung fold, this model has automatically care plus, after 1 week trying to find who help me in Samsung ( between calling and twitter and online chat),they told me my fold repair for free with care plus not possible///////. I told them fold come with 1 year care plus, they said my care plus not registered,and I need to pay for repair,I’m shocked how they deal like this, this is rip of and not honest from Samsung,why no government force Samsung and Apple to give good service and protect people from Samsung and Apple? They deal not fair with people, from slowing older models,to force.People buy newer model,to charge costumers much money for any service, this is not fair deal.
Does accidental damaged covers screen protection damage ??? Or we should purchase seperately for screen damage?

I avail samsung care plus 1yr breakage plan with my s20 plus. Still i dont want my phone screen cracked 😉
But my request for my S20 ultra repair is being rejected because it was dropped in dry bathroom floor. Paying for service i cant even use.

I just wish they would let people avail the Samsung Care+ within the first 3mos of purchase of the phone since knowing Samsung they have very stringe process of checking if the phone to be insured is in its best condition upon availment of the said policy. Actually this insurance policy scheme has a lot of potential and is very economical for its price and given that it gives the Samsung phone user peace of mind in such policy it's just right that they extend the availment period for 1-3mos from the date of purchase of the device to be insured.
The name is definitely not copied by Apple Care+
